ASK

 =========

 Assalamualaikum

 I hope Malam is in good health, God willing, amen

 Please don't get tired of me, this is another question.  The question is as follows:

 He used to commit a crime but every time he committed it he felt bad in his heart.  He repented of his sins, but when he repented he said that if he committed another sin, God would not give him something very important in his life.  Months later he committed the same crime again.  As if sadness always filled his heart, he repented a second time, and then he remembered what he had said when he repented the first time.

 So please sir, what is the ruling on this servant of Allah, then what is the status of this statement made during the first repentance, and then what is the status of his second repentance before Allah?

 May Allah bless you with good health and a blessed life

 ANSWER

 =====

 He is God, not a human being.  He knows you have this injury.  He knew in his heart that you could do such a thing and return to it.  That is why God created man.  The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:  ALL OF YOU ARE MISTAKES, THE MOST OF YOU ARE MISTAKES, HE IS REPENTANT.

 The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:  I AM FORGIVING ALL SINS.  SEEK MY FORGIVENESS, I WILL FORGIVE YOU.

 The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:  SABIDA THE ONE WHO OPPOSED HIM DURING THE DAY.  IF HE REPENTS HE WILL FORGIVE HIM.  THEN HE FEELS HIS MERCY HANDS DURING THE DAY, SO THAT WHOEVER OVERCOMES HIM AT NIGHT, IF HE ASKS FOR HIS FORGIVENESS, HE WILL FORGIVE HIM.

 In Your Speech, There Is Sure There Is A Mistake.  Because of this statement you made back from the Condition of Repentance.  Nowhere is it said that if you repent to God you will swear.  All you have to do is ask God for forgiveness and you will stop doing it.  If you return, you will repent again.  No matter how many times you go back to that, you will repent.

 However, you will only repent if you do not intend to do it again.  Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.  Then repent again and repent to God.  He always welcomes His servant.

 So swear by what you have done.  Unexpectedly

 Forbid God to do for you what He intends to do for you.  He forgives you, because He is ARRAHEEM.  Meaning the Most Merciful, and AL-GAFUUR.  Meaning of Forgiveness.  Therefore, as long as you repent, He will forgive you.  If you include these Terms of Repentance.

 So now you have to do this again.  You will repent again with the intention of never returning to this Eternal Law.  If so, why not try again?  That intention is here and you will never go back.  And that will not stop you from repenting to God again.

 God Forgive Us All Our Doors.

 God is Omniscient.
